The task involves extracting design information from drawings and transcribing it into specifications, purchase orders, project proposals, cost estimates, proposals, sales materials, and so on. The process of extracting information from those drawings primarily consists of searching for the necessary information (text strings) for cost estimation and transcribing it into Excel. We would like to introduce a case of a dedicated system developed for automation aimed at further improving work efficiency.
