As the first step in DX (Digital Transformation) in inspection operations, why not eliminate the manual work of creating inspection reports? The "Inspection Sheet System" is a convenient software that automatically extracts and organizes dimension information listed in the drawings. In this online seminar, we will provide a detailed introduction to the procedures for creating inspection sheets that eliminate handwritten work entirely.

This seminar will reflect on the current state of the quality assurance department that customers want to know about regarding the DX trends surrounding quality operations, and will consider future challenges and their countermeasures. We will introduce what can be done with the "QX Digital Solution" provided by Daikin Industries, Ltd. to solve the challenges faced by the quality assurance department.

The task involves extracting design information from drawings and transcribing it into specifications, purchase orders, project proposals, cost estimates, proposals, sales materials, and so on. The process of extracting information from those drawings primarily consists of searching for the necessary information (text strings) for cost estimation and transcribing it into Excel.
