On July 12, the Japan Coating Technology Association held the "First Lecture of FY 2019" at the Tokyo office of Nippon Paint Holdings. The theme was "Technological Development for High Functionality of Coatings - Challenges from 360°," and presentations were made on enhancing the performance of coatings and supporting peripheral technologies. The company developed an AG coating by adopting a method of dispersing nanoparticles in a resin solution, followed by applying the solution to a film to create a textured surface.
