Cell Ranger is an analysis software that counts gene expression levels from scRNA-seq data. ⇒ To perform single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) analysis efficiently, it is recommended to use the free software Cell Ranger. However, to comfortably conduct analyses with Cell Ranger, high-spec computing with a CPU of 16 cores or more and at least 128GB of memory is required.
