  The plasma used in our equipment is atmospheric pressure plasma generated in normal atmospheric conditions, which does not require special environments such as vacuum containers or filling with reaction gases.

  The "direct method atmospheric pressure plasma surface modification device" generates plasma very close to the surface of the material being processed, resulting in high effectiveness for surface modification and removal of fine contaminants, and allows for high-speed processing.

• Jet type(11)

  The "Plasma Jet Method Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Surface Modification Device" incorporates a plasma electrode unit within a case and releases activated nitrogen gas from a slit or pipe-shaped opening. It has a long irradiation distance and can process materials with uneven surfaces. There is no need to connect the workpiece to ground, allowing for the treatment of thick non-conductive objects. If the processing speed of the material is 20 mm/sec or less, effects comparable to the direct method can be expected.
