試作用樹脂板材料に新提案。 高精度に試作評価のできる積層成形ブロックL-cube！弊社は射出成型を利用した独自工法で良質な切削試作用板材料を提供いたします。それが積層成形法から得られる積層成形ブロックです。 独自開発の金型を用い、樹脂ペレットからタイミングを見ながら1層ずつ射出成形を繰り返して作る、積層状の切削用板材料です。 試作時に、積層成形ブロックL-cubeからご予定の形状に切削することで、金型製作前に品質評価ができ、それに基づく設計変更等も可能です。
