  Bacillus bacteria are a type of soil bacteria that thrive in high-quality soil and are also found in products such as oolong tea, natto, miso, and pickles. By introducing this bacteria into an aeration tank just once and allowing it to proliferate, it powerfully decomposes odor components and effectively removes not only BOD but also COD, N-Hex, nitrogen, phosphorus, and more. In the aeration tank, it coexists with conventional activated sludge bacteria, and even a slight increase of about 10% in their ratio of approximately 10:1 exhibits remarkable functions and effects.

• Fat decomposition system(1)

  This is a system for removing grease and oil from greasy traps and oily wastewater in food factories. By adding a small amount of Grease Magic to the grease trap or raw water pit, high concentrations of grease are broken down, significantly reducing the burden on subsequent biological treatment. If you are using a pressurized flotation device, the running costs of chemicals and sludge disposal costs will be greatly reduced (pressurized flotation will no longer be necessary).

• Measures to prevent filamentous fungi (bulking)(0)

• Membrane treatment(0)

  The liquid membrane (0.4μm) separates sludge and treated water without discharging any SS outside the system. Additionally, since no settling tank is used, there is no concern about carryover of sludge or SS in the event of treatment deterioration such as bulking. Furthermore, since advanced treatment is performed simultaneously, the treated water can be reused directly as reclaimed water. (SS: less than 1) Of course, E. coli is completely shot out as well!
