  Vibration welding machine(5)

  This method involves fixing one of the two plastic parts to be welded and vibrating the other part in a lateral direction, melting the welded area through the friction heat to bond them together. It is a very high-power machine, capable of handling medium to large parts, and can instantly weld high melting point super engineering plastics. Even when designed with a wide welding width (1-3mm), it is still possible to weld, making it very suitable for parts with high pressure resistance requirements. This is a highly reliable welding method that has been in use for over 50 years.

  Using ultrasonic vibration energy to rub metals together, removing contaminants such as oxide films and oils from the metal surface layer, and joining metal parts at the atomic level.

  Infrared + Vibration Welding Machine (CVT)(3)

  After activating the welding surface with an infrared emitter, resin parts are welded using vibration welding. In addition to achieving a clean weld without burrs or dust, it also results in a beautiful finish. This hybrid welding method combines the advantages of vibration welding, which can firmly weld large parts and high melting point engineering plastics, and infrared welding, which can suppress the generation of powder and thread burrs.
