【BYK-MAX P 4109】 is a highly effective fluorine-free processing aid that reduces the viscosity of polymer melts during processing and decreases friction between the melt and the metal surfaces of processing equipment. As a result, this additive enhances production efficiency, lowers mold pressure, and prevents sharkskin. It can also suppress buildup in mold dies. BYK-MAX P 4109 is particularly suitable for formulations based on polyolefins. 【BYK-MAX P 4110】 is a highly effective processing aid that does not contain fluorine or silicone, which reduces the viscosity of polymer melts during processing and decreases friction between the melt and the metal surfaces of processing equipment. As a result, this additive enhances production efficiency, lowers mold pressure, and prevents sharkskin. It can also suppress buildup in mold dies. BYK-MAX P 4110 is particularly suitable for formulations based on polyolefins.

Hybrid inorganic reinforced filler BYK-MAX CT 4270 An organically modified inorganic layered additive that provides excellent reinforcement effects for thermoplastic resin compounds. - By adding less than 10%, preferably less than 6%, to TPO or polyolefin composites, the total inorganic filler amount is reduced, leading to decreased density and improvements in surface condition, fluidity, dimensional accuracy, and scratch resistance. - Significant improvement in physical strength, such as tensile strength, due to high reinforcement levels. - Suitable for traditional inorganic filler and glass fiber TPO-based composite resin applications. - Based on a mixing clay technology with excellent processability and dispersibility, the organic modification is designed to have thermal stability during the processing stage.
SCONA Impact Modifier for Polyamide
SCONA is a plastic modifier that improves impact resistance and modifies melt viscosity.

SCONA TPEV 1110 PB: Improves the melt viscosity and impact strength of polyamides. SCONA TSPOE 1002 CMB 1-2: An effective impact strength enhancer for polyamide 6, polyamide 6.6, and polyamide 12. It is also used in colorless compounds.
