Additive for thermoplastic resins BYK-MAX CT 4270
Decrease in scratch visibility due to filler change, reduction in specific gravity of PP compound.
BYK's additives for thermoplastic resins solve the scratching issues of automotive interior materials such as instrument panels, consoles, and door trims, as well as exterior materials like bumpers and hoods!
basic information
Hybrid inorganic reinforced filler BYK-MAX CT 4270 An organically modified inorganic layered additive that provides excellent reinforcement effects for thermoplastic resin compounds. - By adding less than 10%, preferably less than 6%, to TPO or polyolefin composites, the total inorganic filler amount is reduced, leading to decreased density and improvements in surface condition, fluidity, dimensional accuracy, and scratch resistance. - Significant improvement in physical strength, such as tensile strength, due to high reinforcement levels. - Suitable for traditional inorganic filler and glass fiber TPO-based composite resin applications. - Based on a mixing clay technology with excellent processability and dispersibility, the organic modification is designed to have thermal stability during the processing stage.
