New BYK-MAX Series: High-performance plastic additives for compounders/converters By using our additives BYK-MAX, manufacturing efficiency is significantly increased, and throughput is improved, making plastic processing even easier. This new product group includes processing aids not only for PE, PP, PET, and polyamides but also for PE/PP-based thermoplastic plastic compounds and masterbatches. BYK-MAX functional additives optimize material properties and enhance the value of thermoplastics. The achievable functions include anti-fogging, scratch resistance, flame retardancy, UV stability, nucleation, and drying properties, among others. There are also products that improve the thermal stability of nylon-based polymers used in electrical/electronic products.
