Online Seminar on BYK Paint Additives Held on August 31: Consideration of Heat Dissipation Fillers and Recommended Products

The BYK Paint Additives Division will hold an online seminar on "Mixing Considerations and Recommended Products for Thermal Conductive Fillers" as the third installment in 2022. We will propose methods for selecting suitable filler types when mixing boron nitride (BN) and aluminum nitride (AlN) with silicone and epoxy systems, and introduce BYK products that have a thinning effect in each system. (Data on electrical properties required for thermal conductive materials is not included.) We are preparing content that will be helpful for solving challenges.
