  Anti-reflective film(7)

  By appropriately designing a single-layer or multi-layer film, it is possible to prevent reflection on the surface of optical materials and improve transmittance. Custom manufacturing of coatings with low polarization dependence, as well as high heat resistance and durability, is also possible.

  It is possible to split a beam of a specific wavelength into two or more. There are simple structures such as plate type and cube type. Depending on the application, it is possible to manufacture transmission rates of 50:50, 40:60, 30:70, etc.

  This is a filter that extracts only specific wavelengths using a dielectric multilayer film. Custom manufacturing is also possible for the width of the transmission wavelength band and the blocking region that cuts light. Band rejection filters that cut specific wavelengths can also be produced.

  It is a mirror or filter that can be coated with a dielectric multilayer film on substrates such as glass, quartz, and silicon, allowing it to have desired functions through interference, absorption, and reflection of light. It can reflect specific wavelengths, transmit specific wavelengths, and separate the desired light into transmitted and reflected components.

  This is a mirror that reflects specific wavelengths highly due to a dielectric multilayer film. By using appropriate processing conditions, mirrors with high energy endurance can be produced. Additionally, custom manufacturing of broadband reflective mirrors, dual-wavelength reflective mirrors, harmonic separators, and more is also possible.

  Various metal films can be coated. Mirrors, electrodes, conductive films, and several other metals can be layered to create functional films. Examples of film formation include: Al (without protective film, with protective film, enhanced reflection film, ultraviolet applications), Ag, Au, Be, Cu, Cr, In, Mo, Ni, Pt, Pd, Rh, Ta, W, etc.

  This is a filter that reduces light transmission to any desired level by depositing metals such as chrome, Inconel, and aluminum. It is optically neutral and can decrease light intensity without changing color tone or contrast.
