The foundational technologies developed through clock parts processing are applied to automotive parts manufacturing. Based on core technologies of cutting and secondary cutting processes, we incorporate heat treatment, assembly, and functional inspection technologies to achieve integrated production in-house. Furthermore, to realize a higher level of component supply, we have added and applied new technologies such as electrical discharge machining, grinding, and thick plating, expanding our offerings beyond the automotive parts that have been our mainstay to other industrial sectors.

Combustion pressure sensor/cylinder pressure sensor(1)
This is a piezoelectric combustion pressure sensor that can measure rapid pressure fluctuations from a low temperature range of 40℃ to a high temperature range of 350℃. Based on precision machining and assembly techniques cultivated in clock component manufacturing, it achieves high quality and high reliability for general vehicle engine installation. To achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, clean combustion using alternative fuels such as hydrogen and e-fuels is required, in addition to electrification. Through combustion pressure sensors with a proven track record in mass-produced vehicles, we will further evolve all internal combustion engines.
