While sealing joints with resin-based adhesives faced challenges in chemical resistance and long-term reliability, our AuSn solder sealing technology not only offers excellent chemical resistance but also demonstrates stable sealing performance even in high vacuum environments, making it suitable for harsh operating conditions. The AuSn solder method, which involves heat treatment, allows for uniform melting and seamless sealing, achieving stable sealing joints.
