* From incoming inspection → DECAP → post-DECAP inspection → double-sided polishing → edge polishing → CMP → nano cleaning process → flatness measurement → foreign matter measurement → inspection/packaging, everything is carried out in-house by the manufacturer under strict quality control. * For trials of 100 pieces or less, we will provide the product free of charge.
