Now, I would like to announce the re-promotion of our highly acclaimed 22mm square ultra-compact camera, the VCC-GC10V31L. This camera features a size of H:22mm, W:22mm, D:22mm, and weighs 19g, while offering VGA resolution. It is equipped with a small connector that allows for power supply via PoCL-Lite. Additionally, it utilizes a CMOS global shutter sensor, with spectral sensitivity that broadly covers not only visible light but also near-infrared sensitivity (over 60% peak sensitivity at 850nm). Due to its compact and lightweight design, along with its spectral sensitivity characteristics in the near-infrared range, it can be utilized in various imaging applications such as welfare-related image recognition, medical imaging processing devices, traffic monitoring, camera arrays, circuit board inspection devices, PTP inspection, pharmaceutical inspections, LCD/OLED inspections, and semiconductor manufacturing process inspections. Now, CIS Corporation has added PoCL functionality to our highly acclaimed 12M high-quality, high-speed camera. This enhancement allows for power supply via a Camera Link cable, broadening its usability. The camera is compact, measuring 65x65x50mm, and supports Camera Link output in Medium, Full, and 10TAP configurations. It achieves a frame rate of 54fps at 10tap output and is equipped with shading correction, binarization, AE, vertical and horizontal inversion, and ROI functions. The output connector can be installed in any of the four directions: up, down, left, or right. This camera is not only suitable for various imaging applications such as medical imaging devices, circuit board inspection devices, PTP inspection, pharmaceutical inspection, LCD/OLED inspection, and semiconductor manufacturing process inspection, but it can also be used as a 4K camera thanks to the ROI function. CIS Corporation has released a high-quality, high-speed camera with a resolution of 5.2M (2560x2048). This camera is compact, measuring 65x65x31mm, and supports Camera Link output in Base, Medium, Full, and 10-tap configurations. It achieves a frame rate of 140fps at 10-tap output and 175fps at 4M, and is equipped with features such as shading correction, binarization, AGC, AE, HDR (100dB), ROI, and binning (2x2, 4x4). Additionally, it has a newly added sequencing function that allows users to preset up to eight parameters (ROI, gain, exposure) in the camera and switch between these eight parameters for each frame (Auto/CC Mode). This camera is ideal for various imaging applications that prioritize image quality and speed, including medical imaging devices, SPI, AOI, circuit board inspection, PTP inspection, pharmaceutical inspection, FPD inspection, semiconductor manufacturing process inspection, robot vision, and welding inspection. The aperture is set based on the customer's usage conditions, and by fixing the aperture plate with a perfectly round hole, the degradation of image quality compared to generic lenses is reduced. Additionally, by combining with CIS cameras, it is possible to perform lens mounting and optical axis alignment in our factory's clean room, significantly lowering the risk of dust contamination and allowing us to provide high-quality lens-integrated cameras. CIS Corporation Optical Interface Camera FC21/GC21 Optical Series Coming Soon
We will soon release the FC21/GC21 Optical Series optical interface cameras. The "FC21/GC21 Optical Series" features a global shutter type CMOS sensor and comes in a common housing size of 29mm x 29mm x 45mm, offering four models with 2M/4M resolution in both monochrome and color. It supports both wideband transmission and long-distance transmission (up to 150m). The noise resistance is very high, enhancing the reliability of the system. It uses a general-purpose duplex connector, allowing for the use of ultra-thin cables, making installation within devices easy. By using the Medium Configuration compatible Camera Link to optical signal exchange unit (CL-OP200T/R) currently being developed by C.I.S. Co., Ltd., image capture with Camera Link compatible boards is also possible.

We recommend the "Full HD Camera VCC-HD1 (with housing) / DCC-HD1 (without housing)" for its overwhelming high image quality, rich color expression, and compact body. The VCC-HD1/DCC-HD1 is a module camera equipped with CIS's original high-quality image processing engine, the Claivu engine, and supports Full HD 60p. It can process Full HD images at 1920x1080 resolution at 60fps. While achieving high-quality video, it is compactly sized at 29mm x 29mm x 77mm. With the adoption of a 3G SDI interface, it can transmit high-quality video without compression via coaxial cable. Camera control is performed via USB interface, allowing for control and adjustment of various functions such as AE, auto white balance, color correction, contour enhancement, NR, and gamma. Both the housing-less and housing-included types are available. The release of the Camera Link ⇔ Optical Signal Unit CL-OPT200T/R for Medium Configuration is now starting. The "Camera Link ⇔ Optical Signal Unit CL-OPT200T/R" is a signal conversion unit designed to connect Camera Link cameras from C.I.S. Co., Ltd. to frame grabbers using optical fiber cables. By using optical fiber cables, it enables long-distance transmission of up to 150 meters. Additionally, it can prevent electromagnetic interference and ground noise. It supports Camera Link Medium Configuration and Camera Link Full Configuration. CL-OPT200T converts Camera Link signals to optical signals, while CL-OPT200R converts optical signals back to Camera Link signals.
