Our coreless linear motor can be used in limited small spaces, such as compact semiconductor manufacturing equipment that requires precise positioning, high speed, and high acceleration. It is an ideal linear motor for miniaturizing manufacturing equipment. Since our linear motor is arranged flat, the magnets and coils can be directly mounted to the structure of the machine, such as the table or bed, allowing the driving force of the linear motor to be transmitted to the machine without loss, maintaining high responsiveness over a long period. Furthermore, the flat arrangement requires less space for the linear motor, which can lower the center of gravity of the table drive unit, enabling stable operation.
