PowerLine F QS Green Laser Marker
The "PowerLine F QS Green Laser Marker" has achieved three times the throughput in marking semiconductor ICs and organic materials. By combining short wavelengths and short pulse widths, it allows for shallow marking processes on semiconductors and heat-sensitive plastics. For example, the pulse width is only 1.5 ns, and a very high beam quality of M2 = 1.5 is obtained. (In most semiconductor marking applications, the concern about damage to circuits from photothermal effects is negligible, making shallow permeability a particularly important requirement). Additionally, the high-quality circular beam enables tight focusing, achieving precise marking with top-class contrast and clean high resolution. Such excellent laser output parameters are also suitable for cutting thin foils.

New ultraviolet laser for flow cytometry
The compact "smart" ultraviolet laser of the Coherent OBIS XT series has been enhanced to a maximum output of 150 milliwatts and a wavelength of 320nm. A new product, the "OBIS 320 XT," has been added to the compact and reliable "Coherent OBIS XT laser series," featuring CW outputs of 20mW or 40mW. The "OBIS 349 XT" and "OBIS 360 XT" have been released as lasers with outputs of 150mW at wavelengths of 349nm and 360nm, respectively. The 349nm wavelength, in particular, has become mainstream for ultraviolet cytometry applications. The increase in maximum output by 50% enables faster counting and sorting. The high output at 360nm achieves faster throughput for tasks such as sperm sex selection. Additionally, most small lasers for flow cytometry are discarded after their lifespan ends. In contrast, the "OBIS XT lasers" are notable for being repairable at the factory. This feature enhances the value of reliable lasers for OEMs and end-users.
