■Scenario Design We determine when, who, what, and for what purpose to provide which content/information in relation to the customer's situation. ■Customer Definition (Item Design) We define the customer and inventory the necessary items for lead/client/client representative data. ■Engagement Program Setup (Scenario Setup) Based on lead scoring, attribute information, and profiling information, we primarily conduct email distribution. ■Customer Stage and Lifecycle Definition We define the stages of the marketing funnel and also define the roles of marketing, IS, FS, etc. ■Automation Setup We set up Salesforce Process Builder and Pardot automation rules to configure automated processes. ■Grade Definition and Scoring Definition We define grades based on company information. ■Tag and Category Setup We establish naming rules for tags and content categories used for customer segmentation and content classification.
