High dispersion and high solubility hydrophilic polymer

Suppressing clumping and dissolving quickly.

We would like to introduce a highly dispersed and highly soluble hydrophilic polymer developed by our company, focusing on the challenges of "agglomeration" and "long dissolution time" associated with hydrophilic polymers.

basic information

This developed product has achieved improved handling properties and excellent solubility by uniquely compounding and granulating PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone) and HPC (hydroxypropyl cellulose). It dissolves quickly while suppressing clumping in both aqueous and ethanol systems, contributing to increased work efficiency and reduced risk of issues due to insufficient dissolution. Applications/Examples of results

This technology can be applied to materials other than hydrophilic polymers, and there is potential for it to be developed for high dispersion, high solubility, and granulation of various materials. We are currently considering its application in various uses. If you have any interest or requests, please feel free to reach out to us.

Our company was founded in 1922 with the aim of manufacturing and selling dyes, and for many years, we have been focused on the production and sale of color materials for printing inks. In particular, our red pigments have received high praise within the industry. In 1996, we established a trading division and began importing and selling raw materials necessary for pigment manufacturing, high-grade pigments, dyes, and related materials for UV inks from overseas. Furthermore, in 1998, we created a new division for processed pigments and started developing, manufacturing, and selling color materials for stationery, processed pigments, treated carbon, and resist inks for liquid crystal displays. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries.
