Offset printing is a printing method in which ink on a plate is first transferred to a rubber transfer roller called a blanket (OFF), and then printed onto the material through that blanket (Set), meaning that the plate and the resin do not come into direct contact. At our company, after extruding and molding tubes like the one in the photo, we can perform 5-color offset printing. Clear coating and matte coating are also possible. In addition to offset printing, we also conduct silk printing, pad printing, and transfer printing in-house.
