Dalton has set up booths in two zones, where you can experience solutions that create sterile environments, clean environments, and containment environments, including new types of isolators designed for the research and development environment of sterile preparations in the Sterilization and Cleaning Zone. In the Raw Material Processing Zone, you can experience solutions that enable containment grinders that can handle highly pharmacologically active pharmaceuticals and continuous production of solid preparations. ■ Sterilization and Cleaning Zone We will introduce isolators that realize the sterile environments required in the fields of highly pharmacologically active pharmaceuticals, gene therapy, and regenerative medicine, based on the concept of creating a "clean" environment proposed by Dalton, with energy-saving, space-saving, and high operability features. Additionally, we will showcase products that enable digital transformation (DX) in pharmaceutical research, development, and manufacturing, as well as solutions that allow real-time measurement of VOCs in the atmosphere. Many other products will also be displayed, allowing you to see the elements of building a "clean" environment. ■ Raw Material Processing Zone We will showcase new grinders that combine containment performance and operability for highly pharmacologically active pharmaceuticals, as well as displays of small-scale fluidized beds. You can consult with our specialized staff about various challenges related to production efficiency, advancement, and cost reduction.

The pellet compost solution provided by Dalton's Powder Machinery Division can produce pellets that meet various requests and concerns, with sizes ranging from 30mm to a minimum of 3mm. By pelletizing, it addresses issues such as the effective utilization of livestock manure that is difficult to dispose of, as well as improving the storage and transportability of fertilizers and compost. The "3mm" pellets made using Dalton's unique extrusion granulator are a size that is easy to accommodate with existing spreading equipment and can also be shaped into spheres using a granulator. They are easy to spread uniformly and less likely to clog, making them highly versatile for smart agriculture applications, including spreading with drones and the latest equipment. At this exhibition, we will showcase actual extrusion granulators and granulators, and you can consult with our specialized staff while participating in demonstrations.
