Corrosion-resistant small solenoid valve

Corrosion-resistant small solenoid valve
An electromagnetic valve is a fluid control device that opens and closes a valve electrically using the force of an electromagnet. It can be divided into a valve part that controls the flow path and a drive part that moves it. Inside a diaphragm valve, there is a membrane (diaphragm) that separates these two parts, preventing the fluid flowing through the valve part, made primarily of fluororesin, from flowing into the drive part, which is mainly made of metal. This structure not only prevents the drive part from being corroded by the fluid but also prevents metal particles generated from the drive part from contaminating the fluid. Such a structure is ideal for the sampling parts of analytical devices that dislike impurities, medical equipment, and the handling of acids and chemicals that can corrode metals. Valves with this kind of structure are sometimes referred to as corrosion-resistant valves.
