New Common Sense of BCP Measures Part 2: Emergency Recovery Completed on Site! Do Yamamoto's 'Immediate Delivery Assembly' and 'Universal Hose' Lead to 'Unprepared BCP'
Our company proposes a groundbreaking BCP solution called "Emergency Recovery Completed In-House." Our "Immediate Delivery Assembly" system, "Universal Hose," and "On-Site Fitting Installation" capability make a "No Preparation BCP" that achieves both cost reduction and rapid recovery a reality. The FC300 allows for the on-site installation of AMR (Reusable Fittings), and the FC332 allows for the on-site installation of LAR (Reusable Fittings). As long as you have the hose and corresponding fittings on hand, you can complete the hose assembly in-house and quickly finalize repairs. This minimizes production line downtime and provides a significant advantage in business continuity. Powerful Support: The "Immediate Delivery Assembly" system from Do Yamamoto maximizes the potential of the versatile hose and on-site repair capabilities. With top-level domestic inventory and high-quality assembly technology backed by years of experience, we can quickly process and deliver even a single unit in emergencies, strongly supporting our customers' business continuity. This combination of "Universal Hose," "Immediate Delivery System," and "On-Site Repair Capability" transforms traditional "Diverse Inventory" into a "No Preparation BCP," achieving both cost reduction and robust business continuity.

New Common Sense for BCP Measures Part 2: Solving 'Hose Heating' in High-Temperature Environments! The Reliability of High Heat-Resistant and High Durability 'Aeroquip (AQP) Hose'
Do Yamamoto Co., Ltd. will introduce another contribution to BCP provided by Eaton's "Aeroquip (AQP) Hose," following the previous topic of "versatility." This contribution addresses the "heat generation issue of the hose itself in high-temperature environments" and "superior durability." This strongly supports the safety and stable operation of industrial sites. In recent years, with the advancement of industrial machinery, the use of hoses in high-temperature environments has increased. Conventional flexible hoses tend to overheat when high-temperature fluids flow through them, leading to risks of burns, impacts on surrounding equipment, and premature deterioration of the hoses. The AQP hose boasts high heat resistance and durability that solve these issues. The AQP hose features excellent heat resistance, rated for a maximum of +150°C both internally and externally, which suppresses the rise in surface temperature of the hose. Its proven performance of showing no impact on the cover even after being exposed to a +150°C environment for 1000 hours demonstrates its safety and stable operation. Furthermore, it possesses high durability that passes over one million impulse tests, along with resistance to oxidation, ozone, and chemicals, reducing the risk of sudden failure and strengthening BCP.
