New Common Sense for BCP Measures Part 2: Solving 'Hose Heating' in High-Temperature Environments! The Reliability of High Heat-Resistant and High Durability 'Aeroquip (AQP) Hose'

Do Yamamoto Co., Ltd. will introduce another contribution to BCP provided by Eaton's "Aeroquip (AQP) Hose," following the previous topic of "versatility." This contribution addresses the "heat generation issue of the hose itself in high-temperature environments" and "superior durability." This strongly supports the safety and stable operation of industrial sites. In recent years, with the advancement of industrial machinery, the use of hoses in high-temperature environments has increased. Conventional flexible hoses tend to overheat when high-temperature fluids flow through them, leading to risks of burns, impacts on surrounding equipment, and premature deterioration of the hoses. The AQP hose boasts high heat resistance and durability that solve these issues. The AQP hose features excellent heat resistance, rated for a maximum of +150°C both internally and externally, which suppresses the rise in surface temperature of the hose. Its proven performance of showing no impact on the cover even after being exposed to a +150°C environment for 1000 hours demonstrates its safety and stable operation. Furthermore, it possesses high durability that passes over one million impulse tests, along with resistance to oxidation, ozone, and chemicals, reducing the risk of sudden failure and strengthening BCP.
