Our company conducts antioxidant capacity analysis using DPPH. By using Trolox, an antioxidant substance, the results are expressed as Trolox Equivalent Antioxidant Capacity (TEAC) values. Additionally, it is used as a simple method to evaluate the radical scavenging activity for measuring the antioxidant capacity of various food ingredients and processed products.
