Ventilation, Deaeration, and Airflow Filter Housing "P-BE Type"

The "P-BE type" filter housing for aeration, degassing, and ventilation ensures sterility and is used for the storage of pharmaceuticals, as well as for degassing and ventilation of fermentation tanks.

The two-piece housing, designed for easy installation and replacement, comes with splash protection to prevent a decrease in filtration performance due to liquid splashes coming into contact with the filter element. There are 12 different housing sizes available, allowing for the use of various filter elements depending on the application. For vent filter elements, the Life Tec PT N series PTFE membrane filters and the Life Tec (P)-SRF V series depth filters for sterilization can be used. By using these filter elements, a sterilization performance with a retention rate of 99.9999998% for viruses as small as 0.02µm can be achieved.
