This product is a control valve that employs a pressure balance type plug. By adopting a balance type plug and selecting the appropriate material for the sealing ring, tight shut-off is possible. Additionally, for applications where cavitation or significant noise is expected, a porous cage is available as a replacement for the standard cage.
