We will release the automatic cutting machine (sheet cutter) "V-595," which has improved processing speed, on August 17, 2026 (Monday). The V-595 automatically cuts sheets of paper, such as forms and meal tickets laid out in multiple layouts on a single sheet, into equal parts according to their intended size, supporting the efficiency of form processing tasks in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare. In recent years, there has been a growing demand for automation and labor-saving solutions in routine tasks due to labor shortages in the manufacturing and logistics sectors. However, the cutting processes for items like kanban, delivery slips, and shipping labels are often done manually, leading to challenges with work time and variations in quality. The V-595 has improved processing speed by up to approximately 10% compared to the previous model "V-590." With a processing capacity of 46 sheets per minute, it can automatically cut 100 forms in about 2 minutes. This reduces work time by approximately 90% compared to manual processing (according to our estimates), contributing to the efficiency and labor-saving of form processing.
