Additionally, by combining the DVD vacuum lift with automated transport devices, it is possible to create an automated line.

• Air-operated vacuum lifting device Quick Vacuum Lift(12)

  The Quick Vacuum Lift is a revolutionary vacuum lift developed using our unique vacuum technology. It utilizes the air source within the factory to create a vacuum in the tank of the vacuum lift, allowing it to attract the workpiece with this vacuum force. There is no need to connect the vacuum lift body to the air supply source with a hose. Once the vacuum is charged in the tank, it can repeatedly attract and release the workpiece several times to dozens of times, depending on the tank capacity. It features a special vacuum circuit that minimizes the amount of vacuum used, and the vacuum lift body is maintenance-free for 10 years. Furthermore, it has become capable of attracting rough-surfaced materials and thin, lightweight materials that were difficult to attract with non-powered systems. The Quick Vacuum Lift is essentially an "evolved version of vacuum lifts," combining the characteristics of both non-powered and powered systems.

  Advancements in welding technology have led to the automation of the welding process itself; however, gas cutting machines, grinders, and manual electric tools are still widely used for pre-welding edge preparation tasks. These methods not only take a considerable amount of processing time but also impose a significant physical burden on workers, affecting product costs as well. Our edge preparation machine, BCM, eliminates noise, vibration, dust, and flying chips, greatly reducing the burden on workers. The processing speed is several times faster than traditional methods. It can comfortably perform edge preparation on almost all materials used in welded structures, including iron, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and high-strength steel.
