We were looking for a machine that could process more quickly. After the introduction of the B-500, the shipping time for 8-inch pipes was reduced from 11 hours to 4 hours. The processed surfaces are of high quality, and we are now able to achieve precise machining at 37.5° 1/16 inch.

About setup and operation - From setup to operation, it is easy. - The clamp system (patent pending) securely fixes the main unit to the pipe. - The cutter speed is monitored by an LED, achieving optimal performance. * The processing surface does not become hot, and the processing angle is uniform. It is an excellent beveling machine with outstanding operability. (Beveling of flat plates is also possible.) * The power supply used is 100V (50/60Hz), making it usable in factories.
