We were looking for a machine that could process more quickly. After implementing the B-500, the shipping time for 8-inch pipes, which used to take 11 hours, has been reduced to 4 hours. The processed surfaces are of high quality, and we are now able to perform precision machining at 37.5° with a 1/16 inch tolerance.

About setup and operation - Setup and operation are easy. - The clamp system (patent pending) securely fixes the main unit to the pipe. - The cutter speed is monitored by an LED, ensuring optimal performance. * The machining surface does not get hot, and the machining angle is uniform. It is an excellent beveling machine with outstanding operability. (Beveling of flat plates is also possible.) * The power supply used is 100V (50/60Hz), making it usable in factories.
