With full automation (including dipping, drying ovens, and discharge), it can accommodate any shape through changes in equipment.   You can achieve easy and efficient grinding of squeegees. To ensure high reproducibility in printing, it is necessary to maintain the high linearity and smoothness of the squeegee through grinding.

  The key to screen printing is the squeegee. To achieve stable printing results, it is important to accurately manage the attack angle. The micro squeegee has a composite structure of urethane or silicone rubber and a glass epoxy core, allowing for a lightweight squeegee head, making it ideal for implementing low-pressure printing processes.

  Printing-related materials(1)

  Cleaning the paste that has wrapped around the plate. We offer our original low-adhesion tape "Foscreen" and "plate frames" in our lineup. Our plate frames are made of cast material, which makes them resistant to distortion and maintains high rigidity and high precision. We also handle a roller called "Dust Roller" that removes debris from the substrate before printing.

  We recommend testing for customers considering the introduction of our equipment. By experiencing the usability, performance, accuracy, and quality of Micro-Tech's equipment firsthand, and by testing the processes that customers have in mind using the actual equipment, we can conduct evaluations under appropriate conditions. This also ensures a smooth operation after the equipment is introduced.
