Suppress scale adhesion in the boiler, improve fuel efficiency, and reduce maintenance burden!
We would like to introduce a case where we proposed energy-saving boiler chemicals containing scale removal components to a certain chemical manufacturer in the Tokai region, specifically to the boiler personnel. In the boilers used in manufacturing sites, scale (solid deposits) accumulates inside the pipes over time, leading to issues such as the labor and costs associated with regular scale removal work. In response to these challenges, we proposed our chemical. By switching to our product, we achieved gradual detachment of the scale adhered to the boiler pipes and suppression of re-adhesion.
