This is a precision focusing mirror made using fine annealed Pyrex glass (or equivalent glass) that has excellent thermal stability. It has a substrate surface accuracy of λ/4 and is ideal for research and development applications as well as mirrors for precision telescopes. The backside and edge surfaces of the substrate are finished with a sand surface. The coating options for the substrate surface include all five standard types from Edmund Optics. Please note that products without coatings can be used as mirror blanks when special mirror coatings are required.
