basic information
This is a high-quality ND filter with neutral transmission characteristics for wavelengths between 250 and 700 nm. By enhancing the parallelism and surface accuracy of the synthetic quartz substrate, it can be widely used not only for incoherent light represented by multi-color light sources but also for coherent light such as laser light. When using it for light attenuation applications with laser light sources, please limit its use to low-power light sources only. The filter should be oriented with the coated side facing the light source and used with vertical incidence. We also offer a preset filter wheel with six types of filters with optical densities of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 fixed in advance. Custom optical density filters can also be accommodated for OEM purposes.
