C-mount pentaprism
Mount the N-BK7 pentaprism in a housing compatible with C-mount screws. It is easy to implement into the optical system.
The TECHSPEC C-Mount Pentaprism is designed for use with hardware compatible with C-mount, allowing for quick and easy implementation. One of the TECHSPEC N-BK7 pentaprisms is securely fixed within a housing finished in black anodized aluminum, which features two female threaded openings for C-mount. It is ideal for implementation applications in visual observation and video imaging optical systems that require a 90° deflection of the optical path. The entrance and exit surfaces of the prism, which correspond to the female threaded openings of the C-mount, are coated with an anti-reflective film, contributing to maximum throughput and reduced ghost images. The central part of the bottom surface of the housing is equipped with a 1/4-20UNC tapped hole, allowing it to be mounted on a post with the same thread standard. ■ 90° deflection of the optical path ■ Forms an upright image without left-right inversion ■ Ideal for imaging applications ■ Easy to implement with our C-mount series components *You can download the catalog from Edmund Optics Japan below.
