basic information
As a power meter for low-output CW lasers, this product is highly innovative in today's market due to its compact size, portability, multifunctionality, and price. An example of its multifunctionality is that the user can manually switch between power measurement and wavelength display, set the measurement wavelength, toggle the measurement work/hold function (display for 10 seconds), and choose whether to use the attenuator (glass filter; built into the main unit) or not. On the other hand, through automatic operation by the power meter itself, switching of measurement ranges, wavelength correction, measurement value hold function, and automatic OFF are performed automatically. Additionally, if excessive energy is incident, the tone generator conveys this information to the user audibly. The built-in LCD digital display (3-digit display) shows not only the measurement value but also its unit (μW or mW) simultaneously. It comes with a convenient pocket clip for portability. *You can download the catalog from Edmund Optics Japan that features this product from the link below.
