The VZM (Video Zoom Microscope) lens series is a high magnification/high resolution macro zoom lens for TV that employs a zoom optical system. The lens achieves focus only when the working distance is set to a specified position (fixed value), and at that time, rotating the zoom ring within the barrel allows for continuous adjustment of the optical magnification (actual field of view) within a specified range. The actual field of view can be continuously changed without altering the working distance. Additionally, since the VZM video lens does not have a focus adjustment mechanism, a positioning product is always required to bring the VZM lens to the specified working distance. For vertical focus adjustment of the VZM lens, using a rack & pinion movement (ring type for φ50mm) is convenient. Furthermore, the XYZ axis rack & pinion stage for VZM enables horizontal positioning and three-axis movement of the lens. ...
