TECHSPEC precision ultraviolet mirrors are ideal for use with most light sources sold for commercial applications, and two coating options are available for deep ultraviolet (DUV) and vacuum ultraviolet (VUV). The DUV coating offers excellent reflectivity from 190nm to long-wave infrared (LWIR), while the VUV coating is optimized for reflection from 120nm to LWIR.
