Zinc selenide (ZnSe) plano-convex lens

A plano-convex lens designed for point focusing and collimation in the medium-wave infrared and long-wave infrared spectra.

TECHSPEC Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) plano-convex lenses are designed for point focusing and collimation in the mid-wave infrared and long-wave infrared spectra. Made from II-VI's infrared ZnSe material with a material absorption of <0.0005 cm-1 at 10.6 μm, the product line includes uncoated lenses and lenses with multiple broadband anti-reflective coatings. The coating for 8-12 μm is ideal for CO2 laser and thermal camera applications, while the dual-band 3-12 μm coating is optimal for hyperspectral applications. Manufactured with irregularities of less than λ/20 at 10.6 μm, surface quality of 40-20, and surface roughness of less than 50 Å, the lenses are available in three diameters and focal lengths ranging from 12.7 mm to 200 mm. 【Features】 ■ Designed by Edmund Optics, manufactured by II-VI ■ Premium grade ZnSe material ■ Uncoated and broadband AR coating options *You can download the catalog from Edmund Optics Japan that features this product from the link below.
