Beam shaping plano-convex cylindrical lens
Optimal plano-convex cylindrical lenses for beam shaping applications. Available in rectangular and circular types.
The TECHSPEC beam shaping plano-convex cylindrical lens balances strictly controlled tolerances with pricing that accommodates mass production. Unlike spherical lenses that focus light in two dimensions, cylindrical lenses focus light in one dimension. An AR coating option is also available, allowing for the minimization of stray light generation and maximization of throughput in laser applications. It is ideal for applications such as circularizing elliptical beams emitted from laser diodes, generating light sheets for measurement systems, and projecting laser line beams onto target surfaces. 【Features】 ■ Ideal for beam shaping applications ■ Strictly controlled optical and geometric tolerances ■ Available in rectangular and circular shapes *You can download the catalog from Edmund Optics Japan that features this product from the link below.
