Dear Customers of Hygienic Products, The Pentair Group has conducted a review of the management of its product portfolio to enhance value delivery to our customers and to respond swiftly to the increasingly diverse market. As a result, we have decided to designate the responsible business unit for hygienic products as the "Flow & Filtration Solutions (F&FS) Division." Consequently, the hygienic products under the Keystone (hygienic products), Hovap, and Südmo brands, which were previously handled by Pentair Valves and Controls Japan Co., Ltd., will be transitioned to the F&FS Division.
