■Features - The entire wetted area is lined with PFA, which exhibits excellent chemical resistance, eliminating the risk of corrosion from fluids and making it suitable for all chemicals. - The PFA lining is white and translucent, free of harmful substances, ensuring no color contamination of the fluid and protecting against adverse effects from chemical changes, making it extremely safe. - The PFA lining, known for its superior heat resistance among fluoropolymers, significantly enhances the maximum operating temperature of the valve body. - The PFA lining has a high non-stick property typical of fluoropolymers, preventing the adhesion of fluids, sludge, or scale inside the valve, resulting in an extremely low wear coefficient for smooth opening and closing operations. - A flange is provided at the lower stem to prevent ejection due to abnormal internal pressure increases, also preventing the escalation of accidents caused by fluid ejection. - It features a flow path identical to the internal diameter of the pipe with minimal bends, allowing for large flow rates with low pressure loss. - The valve can be easily automated from a manual operation, enabling the system to accommodate automation and centralized management control.
