【Features】 ○ The sealing performance, achieved through ultra-precision machining of the ball and excellent wrapping technology, complies with ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V (Class VI is also available as an option). ○ The seat backed by a spring ensures tight contact with the ball even at low pressure, guaranteeing a tight shut-off. ○ The opening and closing torque remains stable across a wide temperature range, even under high differential pressure. ○ The combination of metal seats and graphite seals enhances fire-safe performance. ○ Various combinations of options allow for compatibility with high-temperature fluids up to 500°C. ○ For the most demanding powder specifications in ball valves, the trunnion-type ball valve uniquely designed by KTM is optimal. ○ KTM develops its own drive components to meet various needs, including special specifications such as powder and ultra-high-speed applications, and offers them as automatic valves. ○ Balls and seats with surface hardening treatment can be used for extended periods under more severe conditions, including fluids containing slurries and pulp stock. ○ Various surface hardening treatments for balls are available. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
