  A film is deposited using a chemical reduction method without the use of electricity. A uniform and corrosion-resistant film can be obtained regardless of the shape of the product.

  Fluorine Lubricating Coating [RoHS Compliant, PFOS Free](6)

  Functional plating that co-deposits fluororesin (PTFE) with non-electrolytic nickel plating. Various properties such as lubricity, water repellency, and self-lubrication can be obtained.

  Nickel plating(6)

  Copper plating is applied as a base layer for nickel plating. This provides excellent electrical properties, corrosion resistance, and gloss (as an appearance component), among other benefits.

  Decorative chrome plating(7)

  A chrome plating of approximately 0.3 to 0.5 microns is applied over copper and nickel plating. It is used for decorative items and various machine parts.

  Hard chrome plating(7)

  Approximately 1000HV high hardness has excellent wear resistance. A thickness of 100 to 200 microns can be applied. Partial plating using masking is also supported.

  In addition to high wear resistance and electrical conductivity, it also excels in solderability and low contact resistance. Uniform plating treatment is possible on the inner surfaces of fine parts such as pins and fine-diameter pipes like contact probes.

  Gold plating with a purity of 99.9% is possible even for a single small part, and because it is an electroless process, a coating with excellent uniformity can be obtained on parts with complex shapes.

  Stainless steel electropolishing(6)

  Electrochemically polish stainless steel. It achieves a beautiful luster and improves corrosion resistance. It is also effective for fine deburring.

  Stainless steel passivation treatment(6)

  A strong and stable passive film is formed on the stainless steel surface.
