Equipped with a built-in linear motor, it achieves a wide operating differential pressure range! The LED lamp allows for confirmation of operating status and error occurrence.
We would like to introduce our air flow controller, the 'PFCQ Series'. By incorporating a linear motor, the flow rate is adjusted by moving the valve body attached to the linear motor.
