The "Chain Coupling" is a structurally simple and highly flexible shaft joint assembled with two sprockets and a double-row roller chain, allowing for connection and disconnection of both shafts with a single pin. The roller chain engages with the sprocket teeth around its entire circumference, distributing the torque among each tooth. Additionally, since the point of force application is near the outer circumference, it can demonstrate significant transmission capability even in a compact size.
