This product is a pulley that has been balanced using a balancing machine, with the allowable imbalance tolerance set to a value greater than either 1g or 0.1% of the total mass of the pulley and bushing. For pulleys applicable to the Bushing System Type 1, holes are drilled into the pulley body at the slit position to correct the imbalance caused by the mass difference between the bushing's cutout and the slit. Through a cell production system, we pursue extreme efficiency in producing a wide variety of products in small quantities with short lead times.
